I inquired with their office in regards to a product defect claim. There website states "Our law firm is evaluating cases and seeking compensation for individuals who have experienced serious hearing loss after using the 3M Combat Arms Earplugs Version 2 (CAEv2) during deployment or training and were discharged before January 2015." This statement is false. I called their office and was told that they are only accepting claims from military members who have been discharged within the last 18 months. If a lawyer is going to lie on their website, they probably are pretty bad lawyers.

They are high paid liars. Phonies.

Apparently they have so many people working there the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing it took four days of me trying to call to find out that there was a conflict of interest and the lady told me over the phone on the first phone call that there was no conflict of interest they really need to get their stuff together
