I never really felt like a person there because my claim wasn't worth big money. The two stars are for Debbie Bourne who always made me feel welcome. She should get TEN stars. The lawyer, no stars! Several times he called me and asked me the same question, always several weeks apart and often while he was driving. If you don't have a big claim and still want to be treated like a human being, go elsewhere.

Crystal Spencer was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. Regrettably, I went through one of the darkest periods in my life and as a result, lost custody of my son.
