I have had a very positive experience with this firm. It can be scary for anyone having to take a legal step forward to protect ourselves in any situation. People have no idea and because of that can easily take for granted the hard work it takes an attorney and their team for just one case, for just one client. I am not the only client Rachel Gilmer has and yet she has treated me as if I am a priority by being on top of everything along the way which has turned my fear while suffering into a sense of relief as I know she cares about her job and the people she helps in each and every case every step of the way. I am grateful for her and her teams hard work and dedication towards me and yet I am just one of many. Trust and integrity is what I know this firm represents and that is exactly what people need when they are suffering from an injury and I sincerely thank you!

This was my first experience with any type of legal problem. I could not be more pleased with the time and attention I was given during the visits to the office and the actual mediation.
