I really enjoyed having my Workman's Comp case with Brett Vigodsky and his staff. Everyone was very friendly and the case was resolved in a timely manner. Brett fought until I got a sum that I was pleased with!

So I have wait 6 years for a settlement regarding Nexium . When I get an email stating there was a settlement. First of all I feel like Levin - Papantonio settled for Pennie’s on the dollar . These drug companies are selling billions of dollars worth of this drug daily knowing it causes kidney failure .. And should pay billions for compensation to people that are dying from this drug and have already passed . But I feel and I’m sure everyone else feels we were sold out for Levin -Papantonios gain , with very little regards to the clients needs . Then to say they are compensating me for stage 3 kidney disease, knowing full well I’m at ending stage kidney disease. They are not evinced giving me enough to bury myself . Then wants to take my medical bills out of my small settlement. If they cared they would have made the drug companies pay for the medical bills and much more . Oh did I state that Levin -Papantonio that after I pay my own medical bills I might get 5 or 6 thousand dollars . And Levin -Papantonio gets 250,000,000. million when I’m the one that’s about to die . I don’t even get enough to bury myself . On Levin -Papantonios website it says they have settled for billions of dollars , but fail to mention that very little of that was to the clients but for there own greed . That’s Cameron Stephenson for nothing . !!!

Looking for an attorney that will burn every bridge with your ex wife to the point of no return ? One who will drive up legal fees so theres nothing left to settle ? One who only cares about lining her own pockets and has no morals ? Then hire this vile woman . Don’t believe me ? Talk to her co-counsel she ran off or read her employees reviews on Glassdoor . Talk to anyone that’s worked with her. Morally corrupt . You will be near bankrupt and never have a healthy relationship with your ex or children . If she thinks you are low on money, she will drop you like a hot potato. She only wants the richest clients and she will burn through ever last cent you have . A disgrace to the profession . Judges hate her and her ego is too big . She thinks everyone loves her . Do not contact me asking me to remove the review . It is the truth. I will not be threatened into removing my review .

Terrible. Scattered. Ill prepared. Charges for the same thing over and over again because she misses court dates. She should retire.

"After a serious debilitating work injury and no response from the workers compensation medical insurance after 2 weeks I called Levin Papantonio Rafferty in an effort to get medical treatment. The next day treatment was started and after 1 year the treatments are still going. Without Brett and Debbie I would without a doubt be in even worst condition than I am in now.
