My experience with Zarzaur Law P.A. was a very positive one. Joe Zarzaur demonstrated that he was a well qualified, knowledgeable attorney. In all aspects of my relationship with him, I found him to be extremely forthright and thorough. On every occasion in dealing with the defense, he was never caught off guard and always had the right responses to properly present my case and represent me in the finest fashion. In my opinion, Joe's personality and win attitude are definitely a plus in his success in winning cases. Because of Joe's excellent representation of my case, my settlement was very favorable. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe Zarzaur to anyone requiring a good and well qualified personal injury attorney. Joe Zarzaur is not only a fantastic trial attorney, he has become family to us. When my husband and I initially looked for someone to represent me with medical malpractice issue, we were turned away by a large local firm without a face to face consultation first. Joe did not tolerate any shady behavior from the Defendant's attorneys or the Defendant himself. He knew every detail of my story, without my reminding him. Mr. Zarzaur was a huge support when it was time to tell my story on the stand. I was terrified and looking for coddling, but Joe knew I needed something else. I needed to be reminded I was tough, and with one statement to me, he was able to knock some since into me and remind me I was strong. I had been through the ringer and he said testifying about my story would be easy compared to what I had been through. Joe was right about lots of things, but the most important one was…. Win or Lose.. You need to tell your story. For that, I am forever grateful. No surprise we won and WON BIG!! We did not win because of me, but because he cared enough about me and my story that he did his homework/research and was able to prove this defendant was a liar. Joe and his staff have stood by me and my family when I was scared, sad, depressed and now ecstatic. I received my justice… If you are someone in need of a defender (attorney) that is not afraid of important people or large companies. An attorney that is amazing if you go to trial and will fight for you with everything they have. Someone that is no-nonsense and will not sugar coat the facts for you. Hire Joe. He took on a well-known and well respected doctor that did a very bad thing to me, for selfish reasons, and Joe won. Joe Zarzaur cares about you and your case. Joe is a very knowledgeable lawyer with formidable legal skills both in and out of the courtroom. He is unafraid to take on big corporations to glean the truth in highly complex cases and sticks with it until the case is resolved. He is an enthusiastic champion of his clients and will not allow verbal abuses by defendant’s attorney against his clients. He will quickly answer all questions regarding your case and be very honest and frank about the disposition of your case. There is no beating around the bush; he delivers the truth whether it’s good news or bad news. In the courtroom you will not find another attorney who brings more passion, compelling persuasion, and reasoned logic to a legal argument. There is a tactical and logical plan behind all his opinions and he generally stays two to three steps ahead of the opposing counsel. Joe receives my full confidence and I cannot recommend him enough when it comes to personal injury.
