I was heartbroken when my father passed and absolutely clueless how probate worked or what it even was. Finding Lauren Merritt was a lucky find for me. She was patient, kind, professional and answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop for the entire process. She had it all settled quickly and with ease. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney!

Definitely would recommend!! In the beginning of March we walked in our first appointment with doctors testing and IEPs. By the end of April we had court ordered guardianship of our soon to be 18 yr old. Obviously your mileage may vary, and I expected it to take much longer. The decision to pursue a guardianship was a difficult decision for my husband and I. Lauren spent plenty of time listening to our situation and concerns. She was through in explaining our options. By the time we were done, we both felt confident in our decision. I liked the fact that she had a flat fee, so I wasn’t worried about the clock. We never felt rushed. I also loved her assistant who was definitely on top of things!
