I've always feared estate planning, but I also knew it could make life easier for my loved ones. I was referred to Kristen by someone who had first asked me if I could help them with their estate as I too am an attorney, but not in this area of practice! I am so glad I followed up with that person for the recommendation. I made the best decision setting an appointment with Kristen. She is sharp, experienced, organized, empathetic, creative and timely. For me, thinking through all of the what ifs was tough, but Kristen guided us through every step and was always ready with an informed response and answered with professionalism and patience. She hears your story, responds timely with drafting, and does exactly what she says she will do in preparation for each and every interaction she has with you. I can't say enough about our experience with her. I would encourage anyone thinking of moving forward with estate planning, setting up trusts or wills to go and meet with Kristen. I was truly impressed with her and the way in which she conducts her business.

Attorney Lauren Merritt and her staff have been a lifesaver. With their help, I was able to get through probate with minimal effort for a loved one who resided in FL. They provided me with regular updates on status and acted quickly when things needed attention. I initially considered trying to file probate myself but then decided that by me living in a different state it might further add to my stress. I am so glad I made the decision to call Lauren. Along with handling probate for me, Lauren also handled drawing up a lady bird deed for another loved one's property. I can't say enough positive things about Lauren and her staff.
