Kristen Marks was able to take my thoughts in telephone calls/emails and express them in appropriate words which became part of legally documenting what I wanted in my estate plan. The process was smooth, fast, efficient because of her superior communication skills and made a difficult task, which had been way overdue, enjoyable.
