I contacted him a requested by the court house to exchange information about a case and he was very rude, insulting, and disrespectful. He clearly has fallen to the character of those who he represents.

I will never again use James Burns for any legal service or representation.

Mr. Burns is an outstanding attorney who goes above and beyond. He has an extensive knowledge of the legal system and practices not only in Florida but also Alabama. I hired Mr. Burns to represent me in both my Fl and Al custody/abuse cases. Having one attorney handle both cases saved us a great deal of time and expenses in legal fees.He is also a very compassionate man when it comes to dealing with children in the legal process. He went to great lengths to assure my son's rights were protected. For that, our family is sincerely grateful. It is difficult going through custody/abuse issues,but having Mr. Burns and his legal staff on our side assured there would be a resolve that was in our family's best interest.

I was represented by Mr. Burns in regards to a traffic matter. He was able to get tickets and charges reduced. Mr. Burns is a terrific and extremely knowledgeable lawyer.

He is very good takes the time to sit down and go over all your options. Hard working really fights for you. Also he makes sure he is on rop of your case at all time. If i ever get into any thing else i will be su re to contact Mr burns asap. And remb he is the best!!!!

My experience with Mr. Burns was excellent. He represented me with my divorce and everything turned out the way it should have. Fair and equal. He really did a great job and although I hope I never have to, I would highly recommend him to a friend or family member in the same position in need of a divorce attorney. Thank you once again!
