I called Joe Zarzaur’s Law firm in a panic a little after 9:00 pm after being involved in a accident. I decided to make this call after FHP took nearly 5 hours to respond to my accident as I witnessed the driver leave on multiple occasions and even change clothes. Joe Zarzaur and his team were the best firm we could have used after being in such a serious vehicle accident where a Sewage Tanker Truck hit us and fell on top of our car. They walked each step of this journey with us and even at times were an ear to let us vent to as the process can be overwhelming. I was injured in the wreck and Joe and his team made sure that we were taken care of both medically and financially. We were not a number to them or a dollar sign, we were treated with such compassion and respect. They explained everything to us each step of the way and we did not have to settle for a low settlement, in fact they got us more than we had hoped for.
