The team, at The Law Office of Stephanie Schneider, are knowledgeable and true professional's. Great from start to finish! Mr. John Bristol and his assistant Samantha are a great team! Awesome customer service, they are down to earth, and Mr. Bristol is straight forward with his services! He's a stand up guy and gets the job done! I never have an issue with getting in touch with him and most of the time Samantha has all the answers to your questions! You never walk away confused or unsure because they work so great together to make sure your business is taken care of and all your needs are met! From the time that Mr. Shea took on my case he was nothing but professional, on the ball, caring and went further and beyond to make sure I received the outcome I had hoped for and more. He took the time to listen to what I was saying not just listening. He answered and or returned every call with no fail. I can truly say that he looked out for my best interest 100%. Even the secretary was very polite and also returned my calls in a timely manner. I would definitely refer him to anyone in need of a great attorney.

I went to this attorney because of the reviews from google.However, for me, the results were all negative.Bristol advised me that all of my debts would be discharged and that my credit would not suffer by more then15 points.I was debating whether to continue the process, but after much consideration, I decided to move forward.I gave Bristol the requested documents and he filed in July of 2020.By September of 2020 ,I had to dismiss my own bankruptcy because I was told I make too much money. The most upsetting part is that Bristol did not review my documents as he should have prior to filing them. If he had done his crucial part of his job, then he would have been able to advise me that I make too much money. If he had given me the advice and opportunity to not file, then I would've accepted that determination and sought a different route. Due to his lack of review and inattentiveness to detail, my credit scores are now in the low 500's and my credit debts have not been discharged.Instead of going down by only 15 points as Bristol stated, my scores went down by over 150 points.I am writing this review to make others aware to do clear research and I encourage others to seek another attorney who will give attention to detail along with solid, professional advise. P.S. Bristol advised me that my mortgage company would not find out about my bankruptcy which I thought was weird due to bankruptcy being made public. My mortgage company was the first to know. PSS I disclosed all of my income when I gave you my tax returns so how did I not disclose additional income?
