He was presented with my case after two previous attorneys made little of no headway after tossing the case and me around for years. True, it was a difficult case going against "big" insurance defense attorneys representing a multi million $ corporation. My age and other unrelated health issues were not in my favor or so they said. Staying on track with this case. I am a senior now in my seventies who due to a metal hip replacement, developed lead poisoning and had to have numerous surgeries causing me to become disabled and also causing various health issues. My previous attorneys wanted me to join a Class Action Suit and be satisfied with that. I disagreed and the second of the previous attorneys turned my case over to Cam Justice. To sum up: Cam Justice and his entire staff from day one felt like family. He listened and actually heard what I was saying. He and Karen Gauntlett advised me very step of the way. After numerous meetings and mediation where he put this entire case on the line and walked away from settling, he continued to further negotiate and win an excellent monetary award for me.
