Steve has done a good amount of real estate contract work for us. Always flawlessly!! Highly recommended. Remember to ask your real estate agent if you have the ability to choose who does your closing. In many cases it’s your choice. Make sure you choose Steve and his team!!!

I have used the Gerson Law Firm for several of my real estate purchases and legal counsel.

Great Firm! Steve and staff worked closely with us on our closing. We had to relocate out of state and wanted to be reassured the timing was perfect for US when we closed on our home. Everything went smooth and on schedule. Would highly recommend and use them again if I had the opportunity.
