SJF I am happy to take this opportunity to highly recommend Samantha Fitzgerald’s legal firm , SJF, Plantation, Fl for your estate planning/probate needs. I’ve have had a law degree for over 60 years and SJF handles my estate work, which should be an indication my opinion of their work and reputation. Since I deal primarily with Ashley and Andrea, I would be remiss if failed to mention them as their work is truly outstanding! Over the past 53 years, my family business has operated in over 30 countries dealing with governments and companies and I’m guessing I would give an A+ rating to about a dozen companies and SJF’s rating would fall into that group. We had a great experience working with Samantha Fitzgerald and SJF Law Group. It was time to revisit our estate planning and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, helpful and interested in our needs. It’s not the most fun, but necessary and they were great to work with! So if you haven’t done it yet or need to revisit it - take the time to do it.

Samantha and her staff are welcoming, responsive, and professional. Samantha is generous with her time, and did not charge me for our initial virtual consultation. Every email inquiry that I sent has been responded to within 24 hours. When my husband and I visited the office to sign our estate paperwork, we were welcomed with refreshments and snacks. Each document was explained clearly and we were provided with access to an online portal until our binder was ready. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and care. I would strongly encourage Samantha and her team for your will/trust management and estate planning!

After a personal meeting and request for help! I was told Samantha/firm was too busy?? Sadly as a retired VP I taught how to service clients. Too bad she did not attend my class. First so wrong and unprofessional to say I’m too busy! Next ok your busy when are u available?? NOT MENTIONED? Ok so she is busy forever? Well if its time and $ well then how much. NOT TELLING? 😳🙄🥴 So my only conclusion is this firm is only interested in low hanging fruit. Certainly not your interest.
