Amazing amazing and again amazing this Law Group was face with a difficult task my case involved multiple people and siblings and was not an easy probate. But the Fitzgerald Law Group and their staff Samantha Laura Michelle and Andrea and the rest of the staff, I want to thank you for helping me and my family get through this difficult probate with such speed when time was against us. I could not ask for a better representation than what I received from this Law Group. SJF Law Firm is for the Wealthy and Privileged not for the working class family/ individual that's trying to make ends meet and just want to ensure that their loved ones are taken care of when they leave this earth. I called the law firm for inquiries in hopes of working with them to create a Will. Spoke with a woman by the name of Andrea, she was very adamant with providing any fee information over the phone and informed me that I would need to come in and pay a consultation fee of $200 for them to tell me the cost of creating a simple Will. She told me that the attorney charges a flat rate but wouldn't reveal anything else, I just needed an idea of what the cost would be not a printed estimate/ fee list. I mentioned to her I'm familiar with the process as when my loved one passed I had to go through probate and didn't want my heir to experience the same difficulties. I selected this firm mostly because it was local and all women which made me feel slightly more comfortable especially because of my heir's disability. But after Andrea's snobby attitude I've lost all confidence in this firm that they would guide my adult child through this when I perrish. Can you imagine paying $200 each time to a firm for just a cost inquiry of one service, in my opinion that's unreasonable considering this current economy. Guess I'll use the previous probate attorney from years ago, they are a bit far to commute but at least the firm is transparent and I know what to expect, No secret fees and they offer Free consultations. If you don't have the time or money to waste then I would avoid this firm and find one that will provide answers without charging upfront fees at least you'll be able to make a conscious decision whether or not you're comfortable, their services are affordable and able to meet your needs. Your end of life planning should be handled by people that are knowledgeable, trustworthy and who really cares not just there to make a profit. Because you won't be here to make sure they follow through!

We had a wonderful experience working with SJF Law Group, specifically with Samantha! There's a lot of paperwork and discussion with your Estate Planning. We asked a lot of questions and they were so patient with us. The office was very nice and they were so accommodating offering coffee, water and snacks! We had 2 meetings and will be picking up our binder with in the next couple of weeks. I would highly recommend this Law group to assist you with your Estate Planning.
