Recomiendo al abogado castañeda. Ya que como abogado es una persona centrado y responsable de sus deberes y cumplido con su palabra. Yo fui arrestado por ICE. Y varios abogados rechazaron mi caso. Y el fue el unico que lo acepto y pudo sacarme de ahi . Ahora gracias a el ya no sere deportado. .

It took over a year to get the settlement back and when they don’t want to work harder they tell you take a certain amount or they will have to drop your case. A big joke and a waste of your time. When you go in to the office they literally pressure you to give them a great review on google before they hand you the check of pennies they decided to settle with. Take my advice don’t believe the reviews they are not all true!!!

I have been sending payments to them for over 3 years but do you think they would have the decency to let me know when I’m just about paid up or a final notice and when I asked they said it was my responsibility and they don’t send any information on my status when paid in full , also VERY RUDE to speak with

Please, please, please, do not believe the google reviews! I fell for it. They are by far the worst attorneys in southern Florida. The intake people who take down initial information are rude and awful. If you inquire about your case you are given an attitude by any case manager. You will not get a response from any of the team members and if you do it would be days later. We had a meeting with the attorney on the case and he was unprepared, impolite, and irreverent. It hurts me to write such a terrible review but this was nicer than the way the firm treated me.
