Steven Frankl is a wonderful attorney and an even better person. I have had some horrible experiences with other attorneys such as not returning my calls, not giving my case the attention it deserves or just speaking to me in an arrogant or condescending manor. Working with Steven and his staff is an absolute pleasure. Someone is always available to take my calls and address my concerns. They are friendly, courteous and aim to please. Mr. Frankl always gets back to me in a timely manor. It will take about 10 seconds of speaking to him to appreciate how personable and intelligent he is. It is rare that anyone exceeds my expectations but Steven Frankl and his staff did that with my case.

I've spent more than a decade of my career covering terrible accidents and tragic situations as a news reporter and journalist. And then I experienced my own pretty traumatizing incident when a driver with a suspended license cut me off, hit me and then hit another car. It was Thanksgiving weekend 2020 and just a few weeks away from my son's 4th birthday. I was in a work vehicle that I had driven with no issues for 3 years and was due to turn in the day after the accident had occurred. I suffered painful back injuries and also felt a bit traumatized when driving or even as a passenger. I write all this to say the best part of this horrible experience was working with Frankl Kominsky. They were great with the whole process from start to finish. Also, my case manager Keri was beyond kind, patient and willing to answer all my questions. I found them because of their great reviews so I had to leave my own. The customer service was top notch and the pay out was great. Thank you to the whole team. I'm glad to put this behind me and let everyone know that if you need an attorney for an accident, my experience couldn't have been better.

Awful business practice. I have been loyally sending my payments to their office, only to have my most recent ones returned due to them moving offices and not telling their clients! I asked the lady on the phone why they did not contact their clients and all she would offer me was their new address or the wells fargo line to make my payment. I asked for an answer and she put me on hold and never came back. Who moves their offices and does not send out a letter to their clients either by mail or email??? I also asked if i could make payments online or over the phone when I first started working with them, and I was told the only way i could make payments was by check to their office. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! I was finally able to get the direct line at Wells Fargo to make my payments. If you need to make your payments, skip a step and get the Wells Fargo number to make your payment directly.
