Anthony was amazing, I have never been arrested before and it really was a traumatizing experience. Not only being in jail, having this overwhelming feeling of not knowing what my future would be like moving forward. From the beginning of my case Anthony had spoken to me like we were family, he was fully transparent on what he intended to do for my case while having me fully understand the worse case scenario’s as well. Anthony was able to get me a plea agreement to have my felony possession charge disposed and transferred my DUI for Marijuana to County Court (Misdemeanor only). From there he was able to not only get my speeding ticket dismissed, he got my DUI reduced to reckless driving!! I was arrested for DUI but one of the officers stole some money from my car. When I told Malcolm about it, he questioned me and began to work on the case. I hired Malcolm when I got arrested for a DUI. It had been the worst day of my life ending up in jail. The case took a long time to develop, but Mr. Anthony never charged more for the time it took. Malcolm was very good at responding to calls even in the evening from me and from my sister who was helping me through this. Eventually the case went to trial. Malcolm calmly sat with me through the two days and did amazing trial work. There was a video that was played. After Malcolm gave his closing argument for me, the jury deadlocked, which meant we had to go to trial again. Malcolm explained that the second trial is usually unfavorable because the State knows how we will handle our defense. Malcolm only charged me one trial fee; he did the second trial at no charge. At the beginning of the trial, Malcolm kept the video out of evidence. I was found NOT GUILTY! Malcolm told the jury that I had the worst day of my life that day and asked them to give me a good day with a not guilty verdict. I was charged with an offense I did not commit. The public defender tried to convince me to plead guilty. I thought I was going to have a criminal record. Malcolm believed in me.
