What I could see about James, and Suncoast Legal, from the first couple of Calls to them, was how Knowledgeable James was about All aspects of my Case! He answered all my Questions, he could be Contacted at All times, and Everything he said would happen, came out Exactly almost to the Penny! Since are first meeting James helped walking me through the process in my legal matter and did his best to make the steps necessary to make it easy as possible on a person. He also made himself very accessible to contact him with any questions or concerns you may have along the way with your case.

Lazy Lazy Lazy... wanted me to sign a contract where dates were not correct with a debt agency, I said I want dates on contract correct, was told by him they don't care just want you to start payments, I said not signing until date payments start are accurate, then asked me what date did we start, shouldn't he know?🙄, after paying him 3k for his help.

I don't know them personally, however they did help my son awhile back. And, they did everything they told him they would do. He really didn't want to get an attorney, it is a little intimating, and they seemed to sense that, and worked with him patiently.

I went to avard law hoping they could help with my appeal. I am 100% based on unemployability. My cased was inevitably denied. In my opinion it was do to failure of research and understanding of my actual disabilities. Denys Beecher was the person my case and he never focused on what my main cause of my disabilities. He should have focused on the psychological and not physical. He would understand this if he actually took time to review my history or even ask me the right questions. I should have had someone with more experience working with appeals and winning PTSD cases. Thus I was denied and now have start all over again. This time I will make sure my representative has experience i winning cases specifically related to ptsd.

Jennifer did a excellent job in our landlord/tenant mediation. She Is professional, she listened, she communicated with us on everything, she was very knowledgeable and honest in what direction we needed to go. Our end result was no litigation (exactly what we wanted) the nonsense ended at mediation. Very pleased that we retained Jennifer and would highly recommend her.

Called them today seeking legal help my VA appeal. The first question they asked was my current disability rating. I told them and they quicky told me they couldn't help me. They didn't even inquire on my issues. One of which is an appeal potentially worth 5 years of back pay. They definately came off as a law firm only concerned with easy money. And NOT trying to help Veterans being screwed by the VA Pension and Compensation branch. I highly recommend seeking another attorney who truly does care about helping Veterans. I'm still searching for that attorney.
