Jennifer did the prospectus work for our Sebring Community. The prospectus she created was top notch. She was diligent in pushing approval through the state of Florida red tape.

Mr Rapkin was the worst attorney I’ve seen. Took my money and then gave bad advise, did little research and preparation, and sat there in court while I did most of the talking. Horrible. You’re better off representing yourself

THE BEST...If you want the number one child custody attorney or divorce lawyer, Then this is your guy. I’ve met a lot of attorneys in my life as well as hired some and I’ve never had one like Jeff Rapkin.

I lived in Florida for a bit and had to move back to Massachusetts. I had paid my landlord for a year in advance and he never returned my deposit or the months paid in advance after multiple attempts to obtain this. I reached out to Jennifer and she was AMAZING. She acted swiftly and worked with me to handle this the best way possible as I am 1500 miles away. She was attentive and very thorough. She got this resolved for me in a little under 3 weeks and I received my money. I don’t know what I would have done without hiring her as my lawyer. I highly recommend Jennifer if you want someone that will fight for you and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

I am going to recommend the firm for a Battery case, to someone I know who was beaten severely, by another contractor at a home owners house. Just for politely asking if the other helper could please move his truck.
