After a Long road and endless doctors, Mr. Ziffra and his team, especially Amber Mulvenna, were successful in reaching a settlement before trial. Insurance companies these days are relentless and brutal to deal with. I'm will always be thankful for hiring His company to represent me and handle all of the ridiculousness that was throw into my case. Their open communication and support throughout were amazing. Originally posted 3-13-19. I would recommend Rue & Ziffra to anyone. I chose them because they are local. They have done a wonderful job on my account. The reasons why I would recommend them is they are compassionate and really care. They answer your calls or emails in a very timely manner and that means alot when you have questions or concerns. I had a lot (I mean alot) of questions and they always take the time to help you. I have a old case and a active case with them and I know they have my best interest in mind. Thank you Darren, Briana and Janet for all you've done to help me..........ok update 10-18-19 They have completed my active case which was a work place accident. They got me through it an fought on my behalf. The case is over an they did me right. The whole team gave great advice all the way through. Thanks Darren Coleman,Briana and Janet. It was my first accident, I had been rear ended. Not knowing what I needed to do I called Rue & Ziffra. From the get go my attorney Lori was on top of things giving me advice, direction, and making sure my injuries were being taken care of. Lori went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even went out of her way to handle other matters that interfered with getting my settlement.
