It was really nice to be able to speak directly with my attorney whenever I needed to. There are so many places where the only person available to you is an advocate, who is usually difficult to reach. His legal assistant was very friendly, and responded very quickly to my emails and calls. They were very thorough and my end result was positive. I would definitely recommend this attorney!

SKETCHY-SHADY- There is a difference between making a case, and, settling a case. If you need someone to, 'file your case'...or, have an assistant, 'file your case', I still recommend ANY OTHER FIRM. This firm took on an auto accident/personal injury case, sat on it as I gathered pertinent information. I had to call a meeting in order to speak directly with my attorney, only to be told the case wasn't "going anywhere". At this point, Mr. Garcia communicates to me via e-mail, he isn't able to prove my case, should I want to take it to another firm, we can simply, "part ways". I did just that, after specifically reiterating Mr. Garcia's 'perceived inability' to collect even the, "Term Limits". In the meantime Mr. Garcia has sent me to, "their doctor's". Their doctor then over-injected me with steroids, which collapsed my hip, which led to a complete hip replacement...at 47. My new firm got the job done....and guess what y'all??! LUIS GARCIA was standing right there, greedy little paws, demanding $6000.00. ZERO INTEGRITY-SHADY-SKETCHY

Rue and Ziffra have worked with me for a few years on my long term disability case and my social security disability case. Notably the long term disability case was handled by attorney Ed and his paralegal Terri. Ed and Terri have gone above and beyond what I could have expected representing me. They have won my cases every single time as the insurance company kept dropping me from my disability.
