I have had the pleasure of having Lori Stack as my representative in my car accident case and with out a doubt will be the only firm I will call in case of an unfortunate event may occur again. When I called she was always available to answer and they kept me in the loop as much as I was needed with out the stress of having to go through it all myself. I was a client at Rue &Ziffra for a few years. I worked with Jennifer Loyd and Tina Ehrenkaifer. Jennifer was so rude and difficult. Jennifer was condescending to me, and i was prepared to fire them until i met withTina. She was compassionate, genuine, and truly listened to what I had to say. She took me to my hearing. Tina was so easy to work with and never made me feel like I was bothering her. If you hire this firm, make sure you deal with Tina. She was amazing when this other woman, Jennifer, literally made me cry after only speaking to her over the phone. I felt like she was interrogating me and I was on trial when she was supposed to be on my side. At least I knew Tina was.

I went to the office about Regular retirement issue and even though they only handle Disability case Jenniffer Lloyd took the time out of her day to answered all of my questions and made sure before I left that I felt comfortable and had all the information I need.
