We recently retired, moved to Florida and became residents, and therefore needed to update our legal documents from Illinois. We wanted to find an attorney that was in the Punta Gorda area that specialized in estate planning, wills and trusts. After an extensive search we selected Tippen Law Firm PLLC. Our journey for preparing the documents included completing two individual detailed surveys and and extensive hour long telephone conversation with Bryan so he could understand our needs before preparing the legal documents. Bryan is very thorough and even contacted our attorney back in Illinois about some investment property we own to make sure the State of Illinois doesn’t try to lay claim to our property in Illinois now that we are residents in Florida. Yesterday we had our in person summary to review all the documents and understand the purpose of each of the documents. Bryan and his assistant Stefanie were so professional and answered our many questions. I can honestly this was the best experience working with an attorney ever. And in my opinion, I think the work was done at very fair price. My wife and I know our wishes will be carried out and our children have the tools they need for the future. Thank you Tippen Law Firm

This duo is a well oiled machine, and in addition to that you get friendly down to earth people. If you value attention to detail, and being knowledgeable, organized, and thorough, this is the law firm for you. It is not vey often you get a good vibe simply from email communication, and when we finally had an in-office meeting we felt like we walked away with new friends at the end of it. So glad we found this law firm!

We needed to establish a trust, wills and other documents. I reached out to the lawyer we were using and had a consult with last year. She wouldn’t have been able to see us for at least two months. I looked at other firms and was not having much luck and got the run around from another. We are residents of Port Charlotte so we wanted to stay local. I reached out to Tippen Law Firm to see if there was anyway they could assist as we wanted to complete this prior to going North. Stefanie informed me if we turned all the documents around quickly they could fulfill our needs. She felt the last week in April or 1st week in May at the latest. So as soon as we received the documents my wife and I poured over them and any questions Stefanie was quick to get us answers on. Well I guess in this day and age of people being short staffed and such I was bracing that I would have to stay longer to get this done prior to leaving. Much to my happy surprise they were not only on time but ahead of schedule. We went for the signing process yesterday, Tuesday April 19th. So everything was done ahead of schedule. The team of Tippen Law Firm, Stefanie and Bryan are SOOOOOOOO buttoned up and explained everything on all the legal speak as we went through the docs. Little tabs everywhere where we needed to sign and such. I just simply could not speak anymore highly of them. If I could give higher than a 5* review I would. Anything involving estate planning and/or Wills &Trusts I would ONLY go back to them. Again thank you so very much for the quick turnaround and absolute professionalism that my wife and I experienced. Much appreciated.

One of the best attorneys if not the best in the area. I own several companies as well as work for a larger company so the legal waters can be quite difficult to navigate in some instances.
