Brittany Fraser Keith is a one woman, powerhouse. She has done multiple estate planning executions for us including Amendments to Trust, Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney and Designation of Health Care Surrogate. Not all Estate Planning attorneys in St. Johns County do things correctly or keep you covered under the law - Brittany will. She gives honest feedback and explains things in layman's terms. Most importantly, she is a timely communicator and affordably priced which is very difficult to come by in attorneys these days. She is to be commended on her professionalism and high standards. I highly recommend this born and bred - Saint Augustinian small business.

Brittany is top notch!! I had a small probate problem, and her rates compared to others were so much cheaper. If you want to ensure your home is not in probate upon your death, definitely look into getting a Lady Bird Deed. Florida is one of only five states that offer this tremendous benefit. Brittany helped me understand what this document represents and was able to guide me through the entire process. I also spoke with my mom about this deed as she had vaguely heard of it but didn't know how to go about getting one. Brittany not only facilitated mine; but also, helped with my mother's as well. From my first email where I was asking questions, to having a recorded deed, only took a week. (It would have been shorter had we not had a holiday weekend). Both my mom and I have peace of mind knowing our homes are safe from probate and will be an easy transition to our beneficiaries. Thank you, Brittany!!

Steve and his team are AMAZING!!!! They took the time to answer all our questions about Estate Planning for my Father. What really impressed us was that we entered with what we thought we needed and wanted. Only to learn from Steve that the option we wanted would work, but cost us 3 times as much and he could meet our current needs and future needs with another solution that was a fraction of the price. However he was happy to do whatever it was that we wanted, he just did not want to see us spend extra money!!!!
