We met with Attorney Keith to discuss estate planning. She is professional, knowledgeable and worked with us to put together an estate plan that best met our needs. After meeting with other attorneys who tried to "oversell" plans, we could not have been happier working with Attorney Keith.

We went to obtain a will for us as a married couple and they experience was easy to schedule, explained thoroughly and we left feeling that we had made a great decision to go with the Zackrocki Law Firm!

Our first interaction with this law firm was to have a health care directive set up for my wife’s mother. She was in her 90’s and we felt it was time. I selected Mr. Zakrocki because he responded in the evening to a message I had left earlier in the day. My mother in law passed approximately four weeks after receiving the documents and I can not describe how critically important they were. My wife and I recently met with Steve to get a package of documents to address how our estate will be handled when that time comes. I must say that the three ring binder that is delivered also has a USB drive with copies of all the printed documents. We have referred three friends/family to Steve without reservation. He and his wife (Amanda) go out of their way to make sure their clients understand each document before signing and I strongly recommend them for these types of situations.

My elderly mother hired attorney Steve Zakrocki to complete some estate planning documents. Steve was recommended to us by a good friend and former co worker of mine. She had used him and was extremely happy with his work. Steve prepared a Durable Power of Attorney, HIPPA Waiver, Designation of Health Care Surrogates, Living Will, Dementia Directive, and Declaration of Pre need guardian. All the documents were given to us in a neatly organized folder along with a flash drive. A situation then arose with another family member who was pressuring my mother regarding some inheritance money. Steve represented my mother, communicating with the probate attorney and the family member as well. He really took the pressure off of my mother and I during some tense moments. As a result, things progressed smoothly. We feel like Steve lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders. We now have peace of mind that her estate is in order.
