Professional, compassionate, and effective family law attorney. Highly recommend Zach Alfant

If you want an attorney that doesn't give you any legal advice or do anything you ask him to do legally then Zach Alfant is your man! He is the worst lawyer you could ever hope to get for $10,000 in a divorce case. God bless your soul if you made the same mistake I did in hiring him. My advice would be to cut the cord before he does more damage to you than stealing your money! Just so you know I had to put 1 star in order to make the post!

Zach Alfant is an honest, ethical and skilled lawyer who represented me in my recent divorce. I am so grateful for his work on my case as he explained everything and was always accessible. He is one of the good ones and I would highly recommend him and his staff.

My experience with Zach was great. I used him to modify my alimony. Honesty goes a long way with him, and he was honest with me. He can't win your case all by himself. You need to feed him with information too. He knows the law and guides you through your process. He was responsive on emails, and he was not just another attorney racking up charges on your dime, something my original divorce attorney (who is also local) did. As a man, it's hard in any family court. We did very well, and I feel I came out on top. My ex-wife was difficult, and threw every accusation at me in court. My point is we had to climb through a lot of those accusations. It was a lot, and Zach did his homework! You won't agree with everything he may say, but he listened to me, and we worked through our different approaches. Most attorneys have a chip on their shoulder, not Zach. This is important when you feel like something is more important than the other. So, I will say, we did pretty well, and I'm happy now. I just wish I had him during my actual divorce. I would have been better off. Best of luck to you.

I have been represented by Attorney Alfant twice in my life, in two different heart wrenching situations. My first experience with him was in 2016 and 2017 at which time I was going through the process of a divorce and being the petitioner of an injunction and my second experience was in 2023 when dealing with an injunction following the death of my fiancé. Both times that I was represented by him he went above and beyond to ensure my well-being in the well-being of my family and others involved in each case. His ability to act on the spot and his intelligence are unmatched. He never wavered once during either process, and his confidence in both himself and me which gave me confidence to know that everything is going to be okay. I never had to worry about whether or not the right thing would happen because of the incredible attorney that he has. He was able to cite things such as caselaw and statutes off the top of his head when needed even at times when something happened or was said that we had not planned on. Both he and his assistant Amanda took as much time needed to ensure that I was comfortable with everything going on, and that I was made of everything that I would need to know during this process. They spent as much time needed to ensure that I felt comfortable, even if that meant taking away time from their personal lives. The compassion and empathy that they show that they truly care for their clients, and even the other parties that may be involved in a case. So often we run into professionals that get caught up in a world of making money, and forget why it is that they began to practice law that this is certainly not the case for attorney, Alfant or Amanda. They are both out to ensure that the best outcome happens that will benefit the well-being of the parties involved. I honestly do not know what how my life forever ended up if not for Attorney Alfant. He even went as far as to remain in contact with me after my case was completed, and when the need for his services came up again, he wasted no time in coming to my aid. He is truly meant to be an attorney and not just an attorney, but one of the best attorneys that could ever exist. His ability to be passionate about what he does for remaining professional is not an ability that is seen often. When it comes to the reputation of attorneys, or just a person in general, there is no debate in my mind that he is one of the best. All of the situations that I was involved in during the times that I worked with him or situations that I would have preferred to have never been in one prefer to never be in again, I’m honestly glad to have been able to be represented by a person as amazing as Attorney Alfant. Both myself and my family will be grateful to him forever for what he has done for us. The case Zach Alfant was handling for my husband involving a Stalking Injunction came to an end this past Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The final hearing did not require Attorney Alfant's attendance; however, he most certainly chose to be with my husband every step of the way clear to the end. At the final hearing he made sure the Judge understood the crucial nature of the case so that the other party involved was left with a clear message from the Judge that further incidents and appearances back in court would come with heavy consequences. Zach Alfant, Attorney At Law, is truly an incredible, professional, skilled, efficient and caring Attorney and I recommend him so highly!!!!
