I was referred to Zach by a local attorney who is now a judge. Zach (and his assistant, Amanda) have been helping me through a long, extremely complicated divorce. While Zach, like most divorce attorneys, would much rather mediate and settle things quickly and easily; in my case, we've had no choice but to have a drawn out procedure due to the actions of my STBX. He has had to navigate issues involving not only other states, but other countries as well. It hasn't been easy, yet Zach has not given up. He's always handled my case with skill and empathy.

An amazing practice to work with! Every time I need any assistance or had questions Amanda and Zach was very attentive to my needs. The entire staff is professional and did so much for me and my family!!

Zach Alfant is an incredible attorney. I was so proud to be represented by someone who has as much compassion and knowledge as he does. He stayed in contact with me and always made me feel like I was informed 100%. A family law case can bring on a lot of stress and emotions and Attorney Alfant stood by me through all of my toughest times and he reminded me that I would make it through those times. He made a point to make sure that I was as stress free as possible before walking into a deposition or hearing. Zach Alfant is an amazing attorney. He always will put the client first and try his best to be as cost effective as possible. Zach is always available and will never leave you without an answer even in your most emergent situations. I appreciate everything he has done for me and my family!

I would have been better off representing myself. On my first court date, Alfant showed up 10 minutes late. The opposing attorney was on time and had signed in. Had Zach showed up on time, we would not have waited 4 hours to see the judge, (which of course, I was charged $1250.00 for). On the same day, he had another court appearance in another town, so he tapped his feet and rushed my time with the judge. Zach promised to get things done for me but blew through $6500 in retainer rather quickly with little result. I would not recommend. I wish I could post the frat boy style etiquette he used while communicating with the opposing attorney. It was full of inappropriate innuendo which of course, I was billed for.

Attorney Alfant began representing me in December of 2016 and to say that he is a great Attorney does not even begin to describe him. He went above and beyond and helped save me from my own ignorance of my situation. He helped give me a voice when I couldn’t do it on my own and he believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. I can honestly say that he changed my life. I know my case was not easy and there were times when I was whiny and annoying and I’m sure some people might have thought “why am I doing this” a lot but he never gave up on me. He worked really hard to help me and dedicated so much of his time and he was there to reassure me when I started thinking I couldn’t keep pushing forward. He didn’t have to do any of that and he did and he did it wonderfully. I never had to worry anytime we went to court or to depositions because I knew he was going to do everything he could to help me. I often tell people about times when I started shutting down and having a hard time and he would request to stop for a moment for a break so I could pull myself together. One main thing I will never forget was when we were in a hearing and the opposing side was arguing something and Attorney Alfant very calmly and professionally stated rules and statutes straight from memory and it amazed me how he just knew all of this information and he said it like he was reading it straight from a book. He had an ability to help me stay calm and to not let my nerves get the best of me before a hearing. Attorney Alfant has a true talent for being an Attorney. He goes above and beyond for his clients and has their best interest at heart. I am so incredibly lucky to have been represented by such a great person.

Went to the Zach's firm on recommendation from two co-workers who went through a divorce and had hired the firm. Was assigned Zach and didn't regret the decision. He is organized and professional, he and the staff will communicate every thing at every step doing all they can to make an emotional process as painless as they can. The staff is warm and friendly and Zach is readily available to help should a need arise. Highly recommended!

I hired Zach and his team to modify my agreement with my ex-wife. From the first point of contact it was a wonderful experience. I felt welcomed, listened to and the entire team always took the time to explain what was happening anytime I had questions. I highly recommend this firm!

Zach has been working my divorce case for the better part of a year. Finalized only a few days ago, but the whole process was very smooth and worry free. Zach and his staff are exceptional individuals, professional in every way and handle each of their cases with the personal attention they deserve. My lawyer was outstanding with handling my case. He kept me informed, provided reasonable alternatives to my case, Made himself available for all of my questions. Trustworthy does not describe him or his staff. They made me fell like I was family. The staff was very helpful in deciphering the language in the documents. Made me feel at ease and confident that my situation would result fairly.

We hired Zach in March 2014 to handle our relocation and child support. He was able to get everything approved and with out a big court battle. His entire our staff is friendly and responsive. He/ they never felt bothered by our constant questions and worries. We will definately use his office again if ever needed.
