I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing a divorce trial/custody hearing for a family member. My family member was represented by Sung Lee. As we left the court room, I told him that I would myself write a 5 plus star review on his behalf. Having been through my own difficult divorce, I know first hand the kind of attorney you need to make sure you can prevail. He went above and beyond that ultimately awarded my family the best possible outcome of an extreme high conflict divorce proceeding. He is worth his weight in gold. Speaking to Mr. Lee for 5 minutes was the equivalent to a nail in the head. He was rude, condensing and didn't even want the case number. There are already so many attorneys in St Johns and Duval, I wouldn't recommend.

I was willing to give up money and retirement for custody to not have to ask for permission from my ex-husband. Mr Lee told me that I had full custody so I signed it all away. Then when I tried to make a pick-up list for school, my ex-husband crossed everyone off. I told the school they should not let him do that since I had full custody. They told me I did not have custody. I went back to Mr Lee and asked paid him to write me a letter saying that I had full custody. He did and I took it to the school. The school attorney said that since a paragraph was added that I don't really have fun custody. I have had a miserable life till my daughter became 18 because he didn't know what he was doing.
