We filed an insurance claim after getting wind damage to our roof. Of course, they didn't want to pay only less than our deductible. We were not happy to hear that, so we decided to hire Stephen to help fight against the insurance company. He is very professional, communicated with us on the progress, and made the process easy. We are very happy with the outcome because now we will be getting our roof! My parents had many issues with their insurance company approving the processes of replacing their roof. Stephen did an excellent job in making sure all necessary documents were together accordingly and went above and beyond to make sure my family got exactly what they need and wanted. We were referred to Stephen by roofing company. We had damages to roof by weather, and State Farm declined the claim. He contacted the insurance company, and filed all paperwork. He made the process easy, timely, and efficient. He fought for us with State Farm, and we received the money for a new roof. My family use State Farm for many years, and they always decline claims. I am happy Stephen sued them, and made it fair for my family to have a new roof over our heads. Great person to work with. Thanks.

Stephen performed as our advocate, and did a nice job! Thank you! The insurance company offered $0.00 to replace our roof (their cost assessment was less than the deductible) and Stephen was able to increase that substantially to near the actual price of replacement.
