I am very fortunate to have hired Stephen to work with me on a residential storm damage roof claim I had with a major insurance company. The insurance company upon first evaluation was by all accounts completely inappropriate with the damage assessment which was virtually at zero. That's when I hired Stephen. His intelligent, knowledgeable and direct method of communication with the insurance company achieved results that were beyond my expectations.
