Thank God! I was lucky enough to find Tim Hessinger. I had a very scary battery charge, that could include jail time. I had no idea what to do, but after I spoke with Tim he laid out a path forward and made me feel a little more comfortable, knowing that there were some options. It doesn't hurt that he also has a good sense of humor, and makes things seem a little less scary. It was about a three month process, but in the end, Tim got the charges dropped, and it never went to court. Phew crazy stuff, but getting it dropped was a pretty darn good Christmas present. Tim is your guy, he always answers the phone immediately and everything he said, actually happened.

I cannot recommend The Law Office of Timothy Hessinger enough. I know it sounds like the same old spiel, but by the grace of God, Mr. Hessinger got a huge chunk of my life back. I was facing 15 years and had nothing with which to bargain. Mr. Hessinger made a few suggestions and did as much behind the scenes negotiating and work as he could and I walked away with a short stint in probation after multiple prior offenses. I'm a regular guy, I just made dumb choices with "friends" and Tim got me a third chance and was always available when I reached out to him.
