Amazing lawyer! Would recommend non stop to friends and family. Very straight forward!

Tim and Roseann are absolutely amazing, they were there to help me and a very scary moment of my life and seen it through to the end. They are always available to answer and take my calls at any time that I needed them and we’re always kind and help me throughout my case. The Law Office of Tim Hessinger has been a tremendous blessing to our family for the past year! A year ago false allegations were made against my husband that sent our world spinning in circles. Since he was a youth pastor the mere allegations held weight that affected our line of work, our reputation and overall the way we did life. Wanting to be proactive, we began looking into lawyers that could help us fight these false allegations. My husband met with several lawyers and each time he would come back home disappointed and defeated. Everyone he met with wanted unreasonable amounts of money just to get started and they seemed not to have compassion for him or even really care about the situation. As a last resort, we asked a family member if they knew any lawyer that could assist us and Tim Hessinger's name came up. From the very first meeting my husband had with him, he expressed how honest, compassionate and knowledgeable Mr. Hessinger was. In addition, his fees were significantly less than the other lawyers that he met with. In going through our long arduous process, Tim was extremely helpful. He explained every process and scenario thoroughly to us. One thing that I learned to appreciate about him was how honest he was in how things could play out. He always made sure that we understood how the law works, how court proceedings are handled and how investigations typically are handled. All of these aspects were needed as neither of us had any experience with the law. Tim Hessinger from start to finish (in a year-long case) was proactive in performing his own investigations to get statements from people who could account for the malicious nature of the accuser. He also used our personal calendars and other evidence as to give a reference as to how the allegations could not have merit. Through and through he was there every step of the way for us. We consistently received phone calls with updates or even to express how he had not heard any updates or changes to the case. Most importantly for my family, he would even call to check in to see how we were doing! The Law Office of Tim Hessinger is an amazing firm! His office is professional, timely, knowledgeable and most of all they care about you, the people they serve! I can't express how grateful I am that we chose them in our greatest hour of need. Our case has been closed and now we can move forward victoriously!

Mr. Hessinger was recommended by a mutual friend. We had interviewed over 5 lawyers and decided to go with him. My son and I had an outcome in mind walking into his office. We knew there would be a small chance for that outcome to happen, however, Tim used his experience working for the state, relationships he has, and his knowledge of the law and we beat the odds, Amazing and Tim was wonderful. The only negative experience would have been with his assistant. Not sure why, but I guess we rubbed each other the wrong way, at least from my end. I would definitely recommend going in and meeting with Tim.
