After being referred to by a friend I was nervous about the process but Tim reasurred me that he would be by myside the entire time. He walked me through the steps and made sure that I understood what I was doing. After a while wait, he then proceeded to tell me that my DUI was dropped to wreckless driving. We then had another meeting and he explained to me everything I had to do. He made the entire process seemless which was very refreshing because the whole situation in general was very stressful. I am very grateful to have been represented by Mr. Sullivan and would highly reccomend him to anyone.

I don't know where the person gets that the receptionist is rude. That's crazy! They are really nice, helpful and always get back to you right away. Pinellas DUI Case Closed Overwhelmed with shock and dismay I felt helpless as the mound of lawyer letters grew to thirty. I knew that I needed help but had no knowledge of the law. Be relentless, fight; it’s a long process and believe in Tim while he builds your case. Do not give up. It took an overzealous police officer to put me on this path but I fought back; evidence suppressed, case closed, because of Tim Sullivan and Russo & Russo. This is your guy. The exceptional supporting office staff played an invaluable role as well.

There aren't enough stars to rate Tim Sullivan and the law office of Russo and Russo. Tim saw me immediately after I called the law office. He took the time to listen and got me started on the track I need to be on to get my case resolved. Thanks to Tim he got my DUI reduced to Reckless. As close to miracle workers as I've ever seen. Was expecting to be charged with a pretty serious felony but Russo & Russo seemed to have hawk eyes when it came to procedural problems, chain of evidence problems, whether or not my rights had been violated etc. Granted, professionalism and expertise isn't a high bar to hit when you look at our legal system. That notwithstanding, with some of the stories I've heard from numerous people who have been in similar situations I can't see how you can afford NOT to retain them. In the end I barely had to go to court and just got a minor misdemeanor because this law firm was able to demonstrate the state had no case. I don't think a public defender would have been able to do that, much less remember my name or phone number.
