I never thought I would have to call a law office and say the words, "last night, I was arrested." There's so much to consider when hiring a criminal defense attorney, especially as it relates to a DUI. There's a lot of shame and embarrassment, and I felt as if so many of the attorneys I spoke to were quick to assume guilt. Not Tim Sullivan and Chris Blaine. From the initial phone call, both Tim & Chris were open-minded and willing to listen. They approached the case with a methodic discipline that continuously impressed me. When we were ready to progress, Tim and Chris laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, and made it very clear the decision was mine to make. I was going through the legal portion of surrogacy and needed representation for a gestational surrogacy agreement and I had Timothy Sullivan hired for me. And I am so glad I did. The other lawyer was trying to write our agreement in the most unconventional way. Not only did Timothy catch that the agreement was not right, but he pushed for it to be written properly. Timothy knows his surrogacy law and is a top professional. He also has his own personal experience in the area as well. On top of all the other positives everything on his end was done in a super timely manner. If I ever do this again I will be hiring him a second time.
