I recently had to respond to a life-threatening situation with a family member who had no legal documents in place. It was one of the most stressful things I've ever been through. I posted to a local Reddit sub and got some replies pointing me to Russell. He did not disappoint. He was able to get everything together and we got all the needed documents signed.

Truthful and won't take your money if you have no real case. Even answered my questions knowing he wouldn't make a lot of money on me. I found him very ethical.

I cannot say enough good things about Russell Winer and his office. He personally responded to all of my questions, calls, and emails regarding my mother’s estate in a timely manner. He walked me through each step of the estate process and kept me informed of every detail along the way. He was kind and professional and offered advice for a separate legal matter pertaining to my mother’s passing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable Probate or Elder Law attorney!

Russell was my Daughter’s Court Appointed Lawyer for 24 years. During this time Russell worked with my Daughter’s Court Appointed Guardian. Together we were a Team for my Daughter who was very medically needy. He guided us through things that Legally had to be done. During some tough times he was right on top of whatever needed to be done. He helped me make to plans for my Daughter’s Funeral making sure it was a Trust.
I think is one of the Best Lawyers to look out for any needs you have. I could reach him whenever I called.
I highly recommend Russell Winer for anyone!

I used attorney Russell Winer to handle the estate ins and outs after my brother's passing. He provided detailed information, processed all necessary paperwork and emailed me documentation every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, even calling back on weekends to keep me posted or answer any concerns. Good attorney to have if you are dealing with probate related issues. The amount that was charged is fair and is cheaper than what other attorneys wanted and the attorney was fast and responded to emails quickly. I saved between $1500-$1600 on what some of the other attorneys wanted for the same service highly recommend this attorney.
