He answered every inquiry, and he was incredibly kind and professional. We were even more impressed and grateful when, years later, we came across an issue with the estate that had to be re-examined and he responded immediately and resolutely. Thank you!

Mr Winer was a great help with the administration of my Mother's estate. He advised and guided us. He filed all paperwork. He did it all for a nominal deposit, including filing fees. He waited until the sale of property for final payment. He even advised on an unrelated issue. Mr. Winer successfully assisted us via email, with the exception of one virtual call, which I requested to verify his identity. (Reason for 4 out of 5 stars). He was referred to me by Suzanne at All Realty Services Inc Orlando. The administration and sale completed expeditiously.

Russell was incredibly helpful with the execution of my father's estate. He was always available to answer any questions I had and he handled all of the overwhelming paperwork necessary for the courts. He explained everything in wording that was easy to understand so that I didn't need a law degree to know what he was talking about. He is a very competent attorney and I highly recommend him.

This attorney is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle clients in a professional manner this man picks and chooses who he wants to be respectful to and judges people before knowing facts I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone looking for someone to handle their probate case
