Competent, friendly, organized.

Attorney Kirk Eason is prompt and efficient. We had a landlord last year that refused to return ANY of our security deposit even months after we vacated the property. Our attempts to resolve the matter with the landlord were unsuccessful. Once contacting Palmetto Law and responding to a few emails requesting further information from attorney Eason, we were told he'd get to work immediately on our case. Not too long after, we received his email stating that 100% of our security deposit was being returned along with court costs! The landlord also was responsible for the attorneys fees! We look forward to not having any unreasonable landlords in the future, but Palmetto Law will be our go to office for any issues involving real estate.

Had an issue with a Tampa apartment keeping my security deposit and not following FL law, so I Googled and found Palmetto in my results. I sent an inquiry and promptly received a reply from a Katelyn. She gave me a form to fill out and some documents that would be needed. I completed this and emailed back to her. She then confirmed receiving and then informed me she would forward it to an attorney for a review. I waited a week but hadn't heard anything so I tried checking for a status. She never answered a single email and no phone calls ever returned. Would give zero stars if I could. If you can't/don't want the work, create a generic response for an email.
