I am not sure where all these high ratings coming from..truly doubt them! I paid for him to start and file the eviction process and charged me for it.He checked my 3 day note, modified it and delivered it. The tenants paid,so I didn't need the eviction service,STILL he charged me the same amount if he did the eviction, "because the review of the 3 day note,what I already HAD!!! Just like every attorney,ONLY after the $$$,not the clien's satisfaction.Go and save headaches,find another lawyer.
