A Landlord for 21 years. I have engaged with a few attorneys over the years to handle evictions. Finding Palmetto Law and Kirk has been a great find. They are professional, pointed and focused on getting a resolution of eviction as quickly and timely as possible. They completely understand the Florida Statutes relative to the Landlord-Tenant, more so than some of the larger firms. Their fees are reasonable with great results. A no nonsense approach in resolving matters. Highly recommended.

Attorney Bruce Eason and his assistant Melissa were amazing. I know google only has a 5 star rating, but I would give them a 10 if I could. My husband and I had a tenant that stopped paying rent, and basically was not willing to leave our property. Attorney Eason made that happen in a very short period of time, through the eviction process. He and Melissa kept my husband and I well informed through the entire process. They were always available when we called, or called us back in a short period of time. They were 100% on the ball. They were kind, compassionate, and extremely professional. The best part of it all, their fees were reasonable. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is in need of an excellent attorney. Thank you Bruce and Melissa. If I could rate 10 stars+++ I would!!! As an absentee landlord I had a renter who were absolute slobs and had destroyed my condo. I was looking on line and came across Palmetto Law Group and figured this should be as good as any. I was wrong, they were far above any expectations I could have had. I contacted the office and heard back from Kirk within a couple of hours. We talked over the phone and he had an immediate course of action and thus we began. Kirk was outstanding; he always called back as soon as possible, had everything laid out so a non legal mind could understand what needed to be done, how do to it and how to end the whole ordeal. Within 21 days, my tenants were evicted and out! I cannot say enough about Kirk and his staff but please have no hesitation to use them.
