Richard is the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. He swiftly dealt with an insurance issue I was dealing with for months, within a couple weeks after retaining Richard, the problem was remedied. Richard kept me informed through the process and made it as stress free as possible. I would not consider hiring any other attorney after the experience of working with Richard. He made a tremendous impact, so quickly, I cannot even begin to express my gratitude properly in words.

I have known Rich for several years… and when my son needed some help I didn’t hesitate to call him! We had several delays throughout the process but Rich never gave up and ultimately got us a great outcome!! To All Current and/or Future Clients, I've know Richard McKyton off and on since 2002/2003. Overall, he is a decent individual and seems to be a competent attorney. Unfortunately for him and his partner, my specific issue is with his female office assistant. In this context, I recently stopped into the office on Central Av. just to ask Richard a few questions. Upon walking into their office I made contact with said female assistant and things went south rather quickly when she repeatedly demanded my full last name. Furthermore, she stated something to the effect that if I didn't give her my full last name that I was to get out or she would call the S.P.P D. on me. In turn, I reluctantly decided to comply with said female's unreasonable and somewhat mean spirited demands for me to leave the office. In closing, I even tried to call the office post incident which was suggested by a male on site, but when said female answered the phone I wasn't able to get past her rude and one-sided interrogative type behavior. End of Review.

I cannot say enough kind things about Mr McKyton. I was referred to Richard by a colleague of mine and after speaking to multiple attorneys decided to choose him to represent me. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and most importantly made me feel comfortable. After speaking with him I knew right away he was the right person for the job! Wasn't getting very good advise from a few attorneys so I was lucky to find Richard as he helped me so much with a traffic violation. He thought "outside the box" and was able to easily lead the judge to agree with his point of view, resulting in a very favorable result for me. Thank you Richard!
