Richard is excellent! I found myself in a very serious situation. Richard treated me with respect, dignity and compassion. He dealt with my problem with professionalism and honesty. I have known Richard J. McKyton for over 24 years. I met him in law school and he has always been a good person and a quality colleague. I have heard nothing but good things about him from other people whom have used him as their lawyer. I have only had occasional instances to see him in an actual trial or hearing as these typically take place without much of an audience, but the times I have seen him practice, it has been impressive. Personally, if I do not know something off the top of my head and it is not readily available, Mr. McKyton has been able to assist me in either knowing the answer or guiding me on the right path.
