I have know Wil from the beginning of his practice. I have always admired how he worked so hard for his clients and practice. His practice is like him...honest, trustworthy, dedicated to excellence and anchored by kindness and generosity. Add the amazing staff he has recruited and his firm is top notch. I know. Wil has a tremendous amount of experience which he expertly used to get a just settlement in my case. He was a good listener, got all of the details about my case (which was complicated by my having been rear-ended twice in 2 weeks - and dealing with 2 defendants and 2 different insurance companies) - and knew how best to approach my situation. When it came time for depositions and mediation hearings - Wil made sure that I knew what to expect. Wil is a fighter -- and made sure that we had a good outcome in my case. He didn't rush things or take an easy path -- but -- he made sure that we were always doing what was best for me, the client. No words can say how amazed i am with Mr. Flores and his amazing staff. It would take pages. So i will say this, if your looking to be treated with respect, kindness, professional and fair with a lot of caring and patience for all the questions and phone calls, then this is the lawyer your looking for. I was in a car accident rear ended and had to have 3 discs replaced with hardware. my biggest fear was a ton of medical bills that was about to start hitting me. it took a bit of time but was well worth it. They did so much to assure that I was getting the best advice and help. It seems the world right now is so upside down the worst of people come out. Mr. Flores would be just the opposite a wonderful down to earth person that just wants to help. One would be a fool not to at least call and listen to him.
