In one case the company was telling me I was upgrading to VIP when in all actuality they were adding a new and separate contract every single time. Well, I hired Finn Law Group to assist in this matter and they were able to help me get released from all of the contracts. Jennifer Rodriguez was my contact person who worked on my case. She put in a lot of work because the timeshare company took quite a while to finally release me. Jennifer kept me up to date and well informed throughout this lengthy process. We were taken advantage of in the worst way by Capital Vacations. I am not a naïve person or a gullible person. I asked the right questions and did my due diligence before making my decision to convert my traditional timeshare into points through Capital. No matter how much research you do you can't prepare for outright lies. You don't find out about the lies until 30 days after you sign up for the timeshare and then it's too late. I hired the Finn Law Group in June of 2021 to help with a vacation club contract that I no longer could handle in Mexico. Joel Osborne and the entire Finn Law Group lived up to their reputation. They were professional and laid everything out so nothing was hidden. I HIGHLY recommend this law group. It's been less than 3 months and today I got word that my contract is cancelled and I no longer am obligated for the loan or the maintenance fees. Nothing was hidden, all communications were honest.
