I can not say enough good things about Michael Finn and Finn Law Group. Especially helpful was Chief Paralegal Joel Osborne in terminating my timeshare contract. All correspondences were prompt, cordial and professional. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Finn from an Atty friend to resolve a time share of my moms who passed. I called, directly got connected to Tammy, who instantly reviewed the paperwork and got right back to me. I was most impressed that I owed nothing for this review. (I was prepared to pay whatever was needed to get out of it). Tammy Tom was a great source of help and advice during a recent issue. She went above and beyond what I expected, providing additional resources and means to deal with this issue and it led to it being resolved in a matter of weeks. She sought to help in anyway she could to help us from being manipulated by a high dollar corporation. In my opinion she deserves a big raise and bonus!

I searched lawayer.com for a timeshare-smart lawyer. Number one on the list was Finn Law. I worked with Jonathan C. to answer some questions I had. After consulting with associates, Johnathan had the answers in three days. I couldn't have selected a better firm to deal with my questions. Didn't cost me a nickel. Highly recommended.

I was super sketched out about hiring a lawyer to get out of my timeshare, but Mike met with me in person (I live local) and walked me through the whole process. His team made me feel at ease, and I had Jonathan represent me on my case intake and Louise handled the legal processing. Both were excellent, professional and very patient with me. Mike’s price was highly competitive with other firms I interviewed, but given his winning record on timeshares I was happy to go with him!

I engaged the Finn law group to get me out of my time share with Pueblo bonito in Cabo Rojo, Mexico. They made it easy for me. My family used the Finn Law Firm to assist in existing our time share. In the beginning of the process, promises were made but never kept. We paid over $5,000.00 for representation and all we received from this firm was a letter sent to the time share company. For almost two years we had been trying to speak with the attorney and only spoke with the paralegals. I called and asked for the name of the attorney that was actually handling our case and again I received a paralegal. Finally, the attorney representing the time share company sent the Finn Law Group a letter for Deed in Lieu which they forwarded to us. I took it upon myself to call the attorney to find out exactly what was going on, only to find out that the Finn Law Group did absolutely NOTHING besides send a letter of representation. The Deed in Lieu is normal process for property that is going to foreclosure. This is something that we could have done ourselves. It’s enough that we lost $18,000.00 for a time share that was never available for use, we also lost $5,000.00 to this law firm that took advantage of my family!!!!!!
