In our quest to escape a timeshare scam that my mother and I were lured into during our vacation in Mexico, we conducted extensive research to find the right legal assistance, ultimately leading us to the Finlaw Firm. Before reaching out to them, we were cautious, having encountered numerous timeshare exit companies that sought to charge us exorbitant fees and push us into further dubious contracts. What convinced us about Finlaw was their numerous positive reviews from satisfied clients and their BBB accreditation, which gave us the assurance that they were a legitimate law firm. Our initial contact led us to request a conversation with Mike Finn, the owner of the firm. While he was not in the office at the time, he promptly returned our call, displaying patience as he meticulously addressed all our inquiries. He shared his extensive legal background and his firm's expertise in handling timeshare cases, instilling trust in his capabilities. Given that we were located out of state, we requested a virtual meeting with Mike and his team via Zoom to acquaint ourselves with them. This meeting, which also included a virtual tour, solidified our comfort with their services. The fee discussion was equally satisfying, as we received a flat-rate fee that was significantly more reasonable than the exorbitant charges we had encountered with exit companies. Opting for Finlaw was a no-brainer; they are genuine lawyers with years of experience dealing with timeshares, distinguishing them from the non-legal timeshare exit companies. Their transparent approach further set them apart, with a fee that was within reason. Hiring Finlaw to handle our timeshare case alleviated the stress we had been enduring. They estimated a duration of 6 months to a year to extricate us from the timeshare. We engaged their services in March 2021 and received the news of our timeshare cancellation at the start of November 2021. We are not only delighted with the result but also with the way Finlaw ensured that the entire process did not negatively impact our credit history. Our experience with Finlaw was nothing short of exceptional, and they successfully relieved us from the burdens of the timeshare, earning our profound gratitude.

Quick and reliable process. Initially, I was nervous but the entire team was helpful and responsive to my concerns. Was able to negotiate with the timeshare and terminated my contract within 8 months. Had to pay $1500 but overall still content because I am no longer being hassled by the timeshare.
