I called Finn Law Group after signing a contract with Wyndham for a timeshare. The intake manager, Tammie, called me back on a holiday (Memorial Day) and took time to review my situation. She determined that I was still in my rescission time and felt the steps I had already taken would resolve my problem. She did not charge me to triage this and was honest. After dealing with a timeshare company, I really wanted to talk with a law firm that had integrity. I am convinced Finn Law Group cares about the well-being of their customers. She was knowledgeable about timeshares. You should DEFINITELY hire Finn Law Group! You should also see the many compliments they have on their Better Business Profile. They are reputable.

Great experience working with them. My attorney answered all my questions at the beginning and it took them 6 months to get out of my contract with my timeshare which was phenomenal. They always kept me updated and responded to any emails I had within 24 hrs. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

I write this review while currently retaining Finn Law Group in a timeshare manner. TLDR: They do what they say they will do. The timeshare industry is an industry full of half truths and straight up lies. Even the timeshare exit industry is full of people ready to scam you. I took a risk with Finn Law group, because I knew I did not have the legal expertise to maneuver around all the crazy loopholes and run arounds that they throw to ensure you pay them for life. After they got my information, they gave me an action plan, and I followed through on my end. I was nervous that they may not do so on their end. Then I got a letter in the mail from the company I am in dispute with, proving that Finn law absolutely followed through on what they promised they would do. Though my current situation is not yet complete, I know that they keep their word. This is invaluable in sorting through this mess. I whole heartedly recommend Finn Law Group, at the very least, they keep their word.

Although I hate to admit it, my husband and I were taken in by the idea that a timeshare was a good idea. When we tried to get out of it, we were mislead again and again. If it wasn't for the experienced staff at Finn Law Group who have consistently stayed on top of our situation, we'd still be stuck paying ridiculously high fees for vacations we never received.
