This law firm is excellent. They took my call for free and advised me at no cost regarding a time share exit agreement. They read the agreement and provided feedback at no cost. I am happy to report that I successfully exited the timeshare.

I want to especially thank Patricia Zayas, who took the time to explain in detail what my options were, she told me that I could cancel because I was still in the cancellation period, so, I quickly followed the instructions she gave me and managed to cancel my Time share. A few months ago my siblings and I realized that our parents, in their 80's, were no longer able to afford the maintenance fees for the timeshares they had purchased several years earlier. When our parents approached the companies seeking help to pay the fees, they were pressured into taking out loans with the companies and purchasing more timeshare. We knew that our parents were going to face possible bankruptcy unless we could get help with terminating their contracts. I took the lead in trying to find a good law firm that could help us. I knew nothing of whom might be the best to work with. I started researching law firms that specialized in this area. I read reviews and quickly discovered that Finn Law Group was highly recommended. We decided to go with them and have been thankful ever since. In less than 4 months, they have helped us terminate one of the timeshare contracts and are continuing to work with us to terminate the other. Run, do not walk, away from your decision to hire these guys. They will tell you that your credit will not be effected and that they can get you out of your agreement without long term issues. This is simply not true. After paying $10k, we now have in essence a foreclosure on our credit that we will deal with for years. They did get us out of the remaining cost of our timeshare, but the timeshare company told us after this was over that due to Covid they likely would have bought back the deed anyway. Once it was over and I complained about this issue, the email responses were filled with comments like "you should be grateful and appreciative" for what they had done. We PAID for a service, the appreciation should have been that we hired them, but that was not the case. They deal online and have plenty of clients that just pull them up out of desperation. Dont be one of them. Find someone else, negotiate with your timeshare company, etc. This was a nightmare that we will deal with for years. Not to mention it took between 12-18 months to complete in the first place with zero updates unless we called to see where we were. Once they had the money, we were the only ones driving the communication. Again, run...dont walk.....away!

Set it and forget it. I chose this firm, from many, based off of so many other good reviews. I am pleased to now submit my own 5-star review. After the initial paperwork, they handled everything and reported back to us as needed. The process was clean and professional; from the extremely nice secretary to Dain that worked our case. We shouldn't have waited so long to do this. Now we can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that burden is gone. Many thanks to the team!

I did a lot of research before I hired him to help me get rid of my worthless timeshare. I didn't want it to pass on to my child at my death. He did a remarkable job and we are now free. What I paid was less than those horrible yearly maintenance charges. Highly recommend.
