I was arrested for DUI in Sarasota County and consulted and hired Attorney Hudson to represent me in the very confusing Florida court process, made even more so due to COVID restrictions. Tom explained up front what the process is and how much it would cost and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I received a very favorable outcome and never had to set foot in a court room which was a huge bonus. His down to earth demeanor put me at ease and was appreciated. Tom Hudson is amazing! From the first day that I walked into his office he treated me like I was an old friend. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. In the end he had my case reduced to a Reckless with adjudication withheld. I couldn't be happier with his service. If you ever find yourself arrested for a DUI, Tom Hudson is your guy.
