Lauren Kohl represented me 9 years ago for my home closing. Only now that she is representing my neighbor's buyer did she find a major error in the property lines. This error existed when I was Ms Kolh's client. She is unwilling to take responsibility for an error at my closing and she is unwilling to assist me at this time. Not to mention I feel it is unethical to be involved in my neighbor's closing. Very unprofessional.
